Full Service

Heirloom Restoration

Common Questions
How do I know which service my watch needs?
If your watch is quartz and has stopped or runs erratically, the Battery & Care service is a sensible starting point. If you have a mechanical watch that is losing or gaining time noticeably, a Full Service is worth considering. For older or sentimental pieces, we suggest bringing it in so we can assess and discuss the right approach together.
How long will the work take?
The Battery & Care service is typically completed within a few days. A Full Service for mechanical watches takes around three weeks. Heirloom Restoration, which involves a more careful and collaborative process, is generally six to eight weeks. We will confirm a timeframe when the watch is assessed.
Will you contact me before replacing any parts?
Yes. If we find that parts need replacing beyond what was initially discussed, we will reach out to let you know what we found and what we recommend. We do not proceed with additional work without your agreement.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We work with a wide range of mechanical and quartz watches, including Swiss, Japanese, and Thai-market brands. For very specialised movements or watches under manufacturer warranty, we will advise you honestly if another route may serve you better.
What are the prices shown — fixed or estimated?
The listed prices are starting points for each service type. After examining your watch we can confirm the cost before work begins. Some situations, particularly with older movements or difficult-to-source parts, may affect the final figure, and we will discuss this with you clearly.
Can I drop in without an appointment?
You are welcome to visit the workshop during opening hours. If you would like to discuss a specific restoration or have a number of watches to bring in, a short message in advance helps us set aside time for a proper conversation.
